Return Policy

Items purchased can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund (excluding postage), provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item has not been worn or damaged;
  • Item is in its original condition with hang tags attached

Any items that do not comply with our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping of returned goods

Shipping fees for change of mind returns are borne by the customer. 

Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach back to us, so please ensure items are packed securely and use a postal service that provides a trackable delivery method. Should you require assistance please contact us for help.

What is the refund process like?

You will be notified once your return has been inspected and approved. Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method. 

Refunds issued will be equivalent to the original purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed. 

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Prefer a different size? The fastest way to do this would be to initiate a return, and make a separate purchase for the new size once the return has been approved.

Please contact us for sizing details before ordering to avoid exchanges.

What if I receive an incorrect/defective item?

We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience. If you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please email us at faeostudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items will be covered by Faeo.
